FIELD: cleaning equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices intended for cleaning surfaces, in particular for cleaning the internal surfaces of pipes or pipeline systems, by mechanical action of a fluid flow. An automatic device for cleaning the internal surfaces of pipes of a heat exchange unit contains pumping station 1 with digital program control unit 2, equipped with a program for controlling retractable hollow rod 3 in the transverse and longitudinal plane based on a digital map of pipes, an electromechanical cleaning robot, the control outputs of which are connected to the control inputs of corresponding electric motors 6 and 7 of the mechanisms for two-coordinate longitudinal and transverse reciprocating movement of rod 3 with the possibility of its positioning, as well as high-pressure hose 4 connected to pumping station 1, at the end of which retractable hollow rod 3 with cleaning tip 5 is attached. According to the invention, illuminator 8 and video camera 9 are additionally mounted on the end part of the heat exchange unit, field of view 10 of which covers the end part of the heat exchange unit. Video camera 9 is connected to a digital software control unit for feedback channel 12 through signal conversion unit 13 of mechanisms 6 and 7 for two-coordinate longitudinal and transverse reciprocating movement of the rod. The digital program control unit is additionally equipped with a program for recognizing pipe holes 11 on the end part of the heat exchange unit for constructing a map of the pipes of the heat exchange unit.

EFFECT: increasing the productivity and quality of hydrodynamic cleaning of the inner surface of pipes of heat exchange units.
