SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for cleaning the internal surfaces of pipes. The complex for hydrodynamic cleaning of the inner surface of pipes of the heat exchange unit contains a high-pressure hose, a pumping station and an electromechanical cleaning robot with a digital program control unit, including a retractable hollow rod made of an elastic material, connected at the inlet to the outlet of the pumping station, and at the outlet - with a high-pressure hose. pressure, mechanisms for two-coordinate longitudinal and transverse reciprocating movement of the rod from the drives of the corresponding electric motors with the possibility of its positioning, as well as a differential sensor for the location of the rod and the speed of its movement, connected by signal output to the signal input of the electromechanical cleaning robot, the control outputs of which are connected to the control inputs of the corresponding electric motors.
EFFECT: increasing the productivity and quality of hydrodynamic cleaning of the inner surface of pipes of heat exchange units based on an automated complex for hydrodynamic cleaning with feedback on the quality of cleaning.
