Thermoelectric apparatus for human effect on thermoreceptors of the human skin comprises a power source and a thermoelectric module with hot and cold junctions corresponding to the "hot" and "cold" heat transfer. The module is secured on one of the ends of the hollow casing, attached at the other end whereof is a piezoelectric pump with a central air hole, and through holes are made at the opposite ends of the casing.
