FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to four versions of a method for producing modified biocoating on an implant of titanium. One of the versions of the method involves anodising the implant with pulse current in conditions of spark microdischarge in a water solution of orthophosphoric acid containing compounds of calcium and phosphorus, which differs from known designs in that anodic electrolyte is used for anodising. Electrolyte contains calcium compound with phosphorus with additionally added zinc ions at the following component ratio, wt %: H3PO4 26.9 ± 0.1; CaCO3 7.2 ± 0.1; Ca9.9Zn0.1(PO4)6(OH)2 4.8 ± 0.1; balance – H2O. Modified biocoatings obtained by different versions of the method additionally have higher antibacterial and osteoinductive properties; high biological activity and good adhesion to the implant material.
EFFECT: technical result is production of modified biocoats with porous structure on implant from titanium with developed rough surface and increased osteointegration with bone tissue.
