FIELD: implant surface treating.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for treating the surface of a bioinert titanium implant and can be used in the manufacture of surface-porous dental implants, implants for traumatology, orthopedics and various types of plastic surgery. A method for obtaining a modified biocoating with Fe-Cu nanoparticles on a titanium implant includes anodizing the implant with a pulsed current under spark microdischarge conditions in an aqueous solution of orthophosphoric acid containing calcium carbonate and hydroxyapatite, while anodizing uses an electrolyte, which additionally contains Fe-Cu nanopowder with a mass ratio equal to 46:54, with the following ratio of components, wt.%: orthophosphoric acid (H3PO4) 26.9±0.1; calcium carbonate (CaCO3) 7.2 (±0.1); hydroxyapatite (Ca10(PO4)6(OH)2) 4.8 (±0.1); Fe-Cu nanopowder 0.4 (±0.01); the rest is water.
EFFECT: obtaining a modified biocoating with Fe-Cu nanoparticles on a titanium implant with a developed rough surface sufficient for successful bone tissue osseointegration, while the biocoating has antibacterial properties, high adhesive strength properties and high biological activity.
