SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of energy and can be used to prepare liquid fuel for combustion, in the oil and gas industry and in various manufacturing and extractive industries. An ultrasonic cavitation transducer is proposed, which includes a body with two inlets and one outlet, channels for the passage of a liquid medium, a mixing chamber, nozzles, and a cavitation zone. The inlet holes are made of different diameters and are located perpendicular to each other, the hole located horizontally of the device has a larger diameter for supplying the main component, the hole located vertically has a smaller diameter for supplying the input ingredient, the media supply channels are isolated from each other and at the inlet into the mixing chamber, the channel having a vertical inlet is equipped with a nozzle, and the channel having a horizontal inlet is equipped with inclined overflow jets connecting it to the mixing chamber, an ultrasonic nozzle is installed at the outlet of the mixing chamber, the main component, passing through the jets into the mixing chamber, mixes with the input ingredient, then the resulting mixture passes through the ultrasonic nozzle, interacts with the main flow of the component, which passes through an adjustable nozzle, which is regulated by a screw clamp, enters the cavitation chamber, where the final transformation of the resulting mixture takes place.
EFFECT: better preparation of oil for further processing, using a compact converter that can be built into the supply pipeline without the reconstruction of the technological system.
