FIELD: environmental protection; renewable energy sources.

SUBSTANCE: proposed invention can be used at enterprises engaged in utilization of solid municipal wastes. Method for complete nonwaste recycling of solid municipal wastes (SMW) for production of fuel and technogenic soil includes selection of large-size ingredients of wastes and metal scrap from the initial mass of SMW, subsequent grinding of SMW to size of not more than 50 mm using a grinder—hydraulic monitor, hydroseparation of crushed SMW to obtain a light combustible organic and heavy inorganic fraction, large-sized wood fragments are ground into chips and mixed with light combustible organic fraction to be dehydrated in two steps. At first of which performing mechanical power rolling with separation of part of water and formation of layer-cake, and at the second stage—evaporative dehydration in a drying chamber at temperature of 270±5 °C, which provides for the production of dry fuel in the form of a sheet from the raw layer-cake with its subsequent sawing into briquettes, selection of metal fines from the heavy inorganic fraction obtained by hydroseparation, followed by drying to a residual moisture content of not more than 5% and grinding to a powder, completely passing through a sieve with cell of 1.25 mm to obtain technogenic soil.

EFFECT: complete recycling of SMW, including a non-combustible inorganic substance, to obtain fuel suitable for use in both industrial furnaces and furnaces of thermal power plants, and in individual heating devices, and solid powder inorganic material—man-made soil for use as an aggregate in the production of asphalt concrete, cement concrete and mortar, as a desiccant for wetlands, as well as acid process water deoxidizer.
