SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of organic chemistry, namely to a derivative quinoline-amide of the general formula (I) or to its pharmaceutically acceptable salt, where R1, R3 are hydrogen or methyl, R4 is selected from a group consisting of hydrogen, fluorine, chlorine, -OH, cyano, methyl, methoxy, trifluoromethyl, trifluoromethoxy, and NH2, R5 is selected from a group consisting of hydrogen, fluorine, chlorine, -OH, cyano, methyl, methoxy, trifluoromethyl, and trifluoromethoxy, R6 is selected from a group consisting of hydrogen, fluorine, chlorine, -OH, cyano, methyl, and methoxy, values of radicals A, R2 and Q are such as it is defined in the formula of the invention. The invention also relates to intermediate compounds of general formulas (II), (III), where radicals have values specified in the formula of the invention; a pharmaceutical composition based on a compound of the formula (I); the use of a compound of the formula (I); a method for controlling helminthic infections in humans and/or animals.
EFFECT: new heterocyclic compounds are obtained, useful in helminthic infections in humans and/or animals.
