SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a smoking product with heating without burning and a smoking system with heating and without burning. A smoking product with heating without burning contains a tobacco-containing segment, a tubular cooling segment having one or more perforations along the perimeter, and a filter segment having a tightening resistance per segment from 15 to 60 mm H2O/seg. The amount of external air injected through the perforation is 55 vol. %, or more and 85 vol. %, or less of the total volume of gas inhaled by the user. The cooling effects are obtained completely in the filter segment, thereby reducing the amount of outside air introduced through the perforation.
EFFECT: high cooling capacity and strong suppression of the decrease in smoking flavor are provided.
