SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a smoking article with no-burning heating and to a smoking system with no-burning heating. Smoking article with no-burning heating comprises: a tobacco-containing segment containing tobacco and an aerosol-forming agent; a tubular cooling segment with one or more perforation holes along the perimeter; and a filter segment. The filter segment includes a filler, an internal filter body wrapper wrapped around the filler, and an external filter body wrapper wrapped around the internal filter body wrapper. Both the internal filter body wrapper and the external filter body wrapper constitute paper with a density of 40 to 150 g/m² and a thickness of 100 to 150 mcm.

EFFECT: creation of a smoking article with no-burning heating enabling the smoker to feel the temperature suitable for smoking with their lips during smoking.
