SUBSTANCE: present invention relates, generally, to a smoking article with burning-free heating, to a smoking system with electric heating, and to a method for manufacturing a smoking article with burning-free heating. Smoking article with burning-free heating includes: a tobacco filler and a wrapper containing the tobacco filler. The wrapper includes: a metal substrate sheet, a first paper sheet linked with one surface of the substrate sheet on the side of the tobacco filler, and a second paper sheet linked with another surface of the substrate sheet on the side opposite to said one surface.

EFFECT: creation of a smoking article with burning-free heating, producable at a high rate using an existing cigarette-making machine, without introducing modifications thereto.
