FIELD: explosives.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of explosive equipment, can be used to manufacture detonation branching for initiating charges from low-sensitivity explosive compositions by means of 3D-additive moulding. The method for manufacturing elements of detonation branching includes the formation of a spatial configuration on the surface of the base of the detonation branching circuit by the 3D-additive moulding method by fused deposition of a thread-like material - filament - resulting in a model of detonation branching. Glass is used as a base. A mixture of a bronze alloy with polylactide or polycarbonate is taken as filaments in the process of 3D-additive moulding of the detonation circuit, deposited on the surface following the contour set by the 3D printer program, the formed elements of detonation branching in the form of hollow channels are filled with a heat-resistant plastic explosive in the form of hexogen or benzotrifuroxan with a pressing coefficient in the range of 0.5 to 0.95 (Pact/Ptheor), wherein Pact is the pressure actually applied in the manufacturing process, Ptheor is the pressure calculated theoretically based on the specified parameters.
EFFECT: provided possibility of more accurate manufacture of detonation branching with microelements with a complex profile configuration due to the increase in the degree of resolution of the process of forming interchannel elements with internal cavities and in hard-to-reach areas.
