SUBSTANCE: method of manufacturing waveguide devices and microwave elements is that all parts are fully made by an additive technology - 3D printing by the fused deposition modelling of composite carbon-containing thermoplastic, and to facilitate applying the current-conducting metal coating onto the working surfaces a housing of a waveguide is separately made. The channel of the housing consists of three walls (housing) and flanges, and a cover. Then a current-conducting metal coating is applied to the working surface of the parts and then assembled into a single structure.

EFFECT: reduction of weight and size characteristics, reduction of labour intensity and time of manufacture while maintaining the technical characteristics, reduction of production cost.
