SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine. An orthopedic kit for restoration of static and dynamic functions of the spinal column contains an upper elastic support for the cervical spine in the form of a part of a roller with a flat lower support surface with a height of 8-12 cm and a lower elastic support for the thoracic and upper lumbar spine in the form of a part of a roller with a flat lower support surface with a height of 1-2 cm. The upper surface of the upper elastic support is ribbed. A method is proposed for restoring the static and dynamic functions of the spinal column using the above orthopedic kit, in which, in the position of the user lying on his back, the upper elastic support is placed only under the cervical spine, and the lower so that its maximum height is located under the lower thoracic and upper lumbar region of the spine (segment Th10-L2) approximately at the level of the elbow bend and above the point of maximum deflection of the lumbar spine, and the time of the procedure for restoring static and dynamic functions of the spinal column is 30-120 minutes.
EFFECT: kit provides an increase in the efficiency and degree of restoration of the static and dynamic functions of the spinal column due to selective optimal local effects on the spinal column, which does not require medical supervision, and therefore provides use at home, and simplification of the design; the method ensures the restoration of static and dynamic functions of the spinal column.
