FIELD: measuring technology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measuring technology and can be used for verification, calibration, graduation and testing of level meter as a reference. The installation for verifying level meters consists of a linear part 1 with a fixed base 2 attached to it, providing connection of the verified level meters, and a movable part 3 with a base 4 fixed on it. In this case, the bases 2 and 4 in the fixed and movable parts 1 and 3 are made in the form of plates with a high degree of precision machining of surfaces. A distance meter 8 from the movable part to the stationary part is also placed on the linear part 1. At the same time, a carriage 10 is fixed on the plate 4, equipped with a precision valve servo 11 with a gear 12, which together with a toothed rail 7 ensure the movement of the movable carriage 10 with a discreteness of no more than 20 microns. A digital device 13 for reading and converting the measured linear displacement is fixed on the movable part 3. The installation is also equipped with digital temperature sensors 14 and their sensors are located directly inside the linear part 1 and are mounted in one of its metal profiles 5.

EFFECT: increase in the accuracy of verification and calibration of level measuring instruments while expanding the operational capabilities of the installation.
