FIELD: cables.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cable equipment. Claimed fibre-optic cable comprises at least one non-lubricated optic fibre with a dense secondary protective coating, and the cable has a reinforced initial section made integral with the rest of the cable. Said reinforced initial section is therein made by applying reinforcing aramid filaments over the secondary protective coating and coating the filaments with a layer of a UV-curable polyacrylate so that said reinforcing filaments are embedded in said layer of a UV-curable polyacrylate.
EFFECT: increase in the unwinding strength, increase in the cable length placed on a moving object for the purpose of increasing the range of controlled movement of the object.
