SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sealing devices that can be used for locking and simultaneously sealing doors of various objects equipped with locking units to prevent unauthorized persons or intruders from entering them. The locking and sealing device consists of a body with a longitudinal recess made in its cavity, a rope fixed at one end in the body hole by plastic deformation of the body elements with the formation of bulges, installed in the body sample with the formation of a through channel for passing the working section of the rope when the device is closed, an insert , in which a figured cutout is made, communicated with a channel for passing the working section of the rope and having a lodgement for a spring-loaded roller interacting with the working section of the rope, the body is provided with a cover mounted on the body from the side of the entrance to the through channel and a die located between the end part of the body and the cover; a passive section of the rope is placed in the hole of a smaller diameter of the die, and in the hole of a larger diameter, coaxial with the through channel of the device, a protective washer is located, with the possibility of rotation around its axis, the cover is fixed on the passive section of the rope with the help of a sleeve, crimped on the rope by means of its plastic deformation, a hole is made in the middle part of the body, conjugated with the hole in the insert, and a pin is permanently installed in these holes, the hardness of which is higher than the hardness of the body and the insert.
