FIELD: objects sealing.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means for locking and simultaneously sealing various objects in order to prevent unauthorized persons from accessing them, in particular for protecting the doors of wagons, containers and motor vans. The locking and sealing device contains a flat body (1) with a through cavity (2) made in it and a through hole for accommodating the passive section of the rope, which is fixed by plastic deformation of the body elements with the formation of crimps (5), a figured insert permanently installed in the body cavity with the formation of two through channels (10) and (11) for passing the working section (15) of the rope, which is alternately passed through both through channels (10) and (11) with the formation of two loops, one of which covers the eyes of the locking unit and is located between one through channels and a hole to accommodate the passive section of the rope, and the second is located between the through channels (10) and (11), and the figured insert has a wedge-shaped cutout, combined with one of the through channels (10), and a seat made on the wide side of the wedge, to accommodate the compression spring (13) in it, which interacts with the locking element in the form of a roller (14), which in turn interacts with the rope. On one side of the insert, a recess is made, and on the body there is a control recess interacting with the recess. The through cavity (2) of the body (1) has the form of a rectangular parallelepiped, in the walls of which semi-cylindrical grooves are made, aligned with the cavity (2), and their diameter is equal to the diameter of the rope. The width and height of the cavity (2) is equal to the width and thickness of the curly insert. The lateral part of the insert, from the side of the narrow part of the wedge groove, has a rounded shape for placing the second loop (17) of the rope in the cavity of the body between two through channels (10) and (11), so that the entire loop of the rope is inside the cavity (2) corps. A hole is made in the middle part of the body (1) conjugated with the hole made in the insert, and a pin is permanently installed in these holes, having a hardness higher than the hardness of the body and the insert.

EFFECT: increased resistance of the device to external influencing factors, in particular to impacts on the body.
