METHOD FOR PREDICTING REHOSPITALIZATION FOR ACUTE CORONARY SYNDROME IN PATIENTS WITH NON-ST ELEVATION ACUTE CORONARY SYNDROME Russian patent published in 2022 - IPC A61B5/318

Abstract RU 2772748 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to therapy, cardiology and general medical practice. The SDNN indicator of heart rate variability is determined - the standard deviation of R-R intervals according to 5-minute sections of the ECG on the 1st and 7th days of hospitalization and the sum of points on the GRACE scale, corresponding to the risk of death or recurrence of myocardial infarction within 6 months after discharge in 1 day of hospitalization. Then, the probability of re-hospitalization during the year for any form of ACS is calculated using the original formula.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to predict re-hospitalization within 1 year for ACS in patients who underwent ACS without ST segment elevation of the ECG.
