Pulse pressure, minute volume of blood circulation, and duration of diastole are determined, followed by calculating, based on the resulting data, the volume elasticity coefficient calculated from the index of integral rigidity of the arterial system (VEC) according to the original formula.

EFFECT: method provides a possibility of simplifying the calculation of VEC with high accuracy of determination thereof and ensures a targeted effect on the haemodynamic link determining the arterial hypertension.
