FIELD: electronic engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the chemical purification of parts made of copper and its alloys; it can be used in electronic engineering. A method for chemical purification of parts made of copper and its alloys includes the processing of parts with an alkaline solution containing following components in a ratio, g/l: sodium tartrate 140-160, sodium hydroxide 40-60, hydrogen peroxide 35-40% 90-110, deionized water – the rest. In this case, the processing is carried out for 2-30 min at a solution temperature of 50-60°C with constant mixing, every 2 minutes parts are washed with running water for 10-15 sec, then placed for 10-15 sec in 1:1 hydrochloric acid solution and washed with running water for 10-15 sec.
EFFECT: method provides purification of the surface of parts made of copper and its alloys without actually removing material of the part itself, no more than 1 mcm of the processed surface, due to which it can be used for high-quality purification of particularly precise fine-structured parts made of copper and its alloys with dimensions of 15×15 mcm.
