In this case, the system contains means of manipulating data from measuring devices; capturing image frames; detecting changes to detect image changes. The first subsystem is a remote subsystem. The second subsystem receives processed image frames or a video signal and is made with the possibility of control of the processing of image frames or the video signal by processing frames or the video signal; saving of image frames or the video signal; selection of a part of the image and conversion of the selected part of the image into a digital form.
