SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to operative urology. The pelvis is resected with the ureteropelvic segment of the upper half of the doubled kidney. The pelvis is sutured with the formation of a window with a diameter of 1.2 cm in the lower third. A window with a diameter of 1.2 cm is created on the medial surface of the lower pelvis. At the same time, the ureter is not removed from the upper half of the doubled kidney and is crossed at the pelvis and at the bladder.
EFFECT: method is maximally physiological, allows to reduce the invasiveness of surgical intervention, not to disturb the anatomical and physiological relationships, and to reduce the frequency of postoperative complications.
