FIELD: radio engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio engineering and is intended for real-time inspections of the technical condition of coastal and floating navigation and telecommunication equipment of base stations (BS) of the automatic identification system (AIS) of inland waterways (IW) of the Russian Federation (RF), as well as ports and coastal marine areas, including areas with intensive navigation. The claimed method uses a monitoring system consisting of onshore and on-board automated measuring complexes (AMC) with knowledge bases located respectively on shore and on board the monitoring facility (MF). The onboard AMC measures the coordinates of the navigation and telecommunication equipment and simultaneously generates radio navigation signals that are encoded, radiated, received by the onshore AMC, decoded, processed together with the signals from the output of the onshore AMC measuring device, the measurement results and the results of joint signal processing are displayed and recorded. As a means of monitoring, a remotely controlled unmanned watercraft (UWC) is used, equipped with an onboard automated measuring complex (AMC), made with the ability to receive signals of navigation and telecommunication equipment of various wave ranges allocated for communication on the inland waterways of the Russian Federation (IW RF).
EFFECT: expansion of the list of controlled onshore and floating equipment and an increase in the efficiency of the process of monitoring the technical condition of objects.
