FIELD: radio engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio engineering and is intended for real-time inspections of the technical condition of coastal and floating navigation and telecommunication equipment of base stations (BS) of the automatic identification system (AIS) of inland waterways (IWW) of the Russian Federation (RF), as well as ports and coastal marine areas, including areas with intensive navigation. The expected result is achieved by using as a means of monitoring a remotely controlled unmanned watercraft, which has a higher payload capacity compared to an unmanned aerial vehicle, as a result of which it is equipped with a more advanced automated measuring system; due to the use of the express control procedure, when the type of technical condition is determined not by the entire list of controlled parameters provided for in the regulatory and technical documentation (RTD), but by their limited number; due to the use of the wavelet analysis method in the processing and storage of measurement information related to real-time control methods; due to the broadcast from the onboard automated research complex to the coastal automated research complex of the administration of the IWW basin, not the entire volume of available measuring information for each monitoring object, but only the type of its technical condition by generating an appropriate signal.
EFFECT: expansion of the list of controlled coastal and floating equipment and an increase in the efficiency of the process of monitoring the technical condition of monitored objects.
