FIELD: engine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to engine building. The cycloid rotary engine has a cycloid rotor (1) which has N protrusions (2). The body (3) has N+1 set of areas (4) receiving protrusions (2). The housing (3) contains a pair of sides (5, 6) located in the axial direction on the first and second sides of the housing (3). Peak (7) is located between each pair of neighboring regions (4). The engine contains a plurality of peak sealing elements (10), at least one of which is located on each peak (7) and is configured to maintain contact with the rotor (1). The surface of the cycloid rotor (1) is solid. The housing (3) is provided with a chamber (16) for purging and a chamber (13) for lubricating and cooling the rotor (1). The engine is equipped with a sump (14) coupled with a chamber (13) for lubrication and cooling, and at least one bypass channel for flowing the working fluid from the chamber (16) into the working chamber (11).
EFFECT: increasing the reliability and environmental friendliness of the engine, as well as increasing the specific power, efficiency and reducing the complexity of manufacturing.
