SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of medicine, namely to a neurosurgical system integrating a supporting system for fixing the patient’s head in two options – with a device for rigid fixation of the patient’s head or with a device for soft fixation of the patient’s head. The integration neurosurgical system, according to option 1, includes a supporting system for fixing the patient’s head and a device for rigid fixation of the patient’s head. The supporting system is made in the form of a single clamp with a single fixing point with a fixing bolt, equipped with a U-shaped bracket, contains a connecting device including a rectangular horizontal rail, cylindrical pins and a rail with holes for fixing cylindrical pins ensuring reliable fixation of the neurosurgical system to an operating table with the possibility of installing the clamp. In addition, the supporting system contains a hinged rack with a vertical rod and a ball joint, on which a fixing unit is placed for fixing the device for rigid fixation of the patient’s head, having a groove with a seat and fixing bolts. The device for rigid fixation of the patient’s head contains a C-shaped frame and sharp screw clamps with mobile rods and clamps, while, for rigid fixation of the patient’s head, it is possible to install holders for sharp screw clamps, wherein they can be mounted on the C-shaped frame, including perpendicular to the skull bone due to the movement of mobile rods, and the alternate twisting of sharp screw clamps ensures rigid fixation of the patient’s head in a position necessary for a surgeon. On the C-shaped frame, using bearing clamps and a plate, along its edges, arcs are installed to separate edges of a skin wound. The device for rigid fixation of the patient’s head contains a retractor system with movably connected vertical plate, horizontal plate and fixation node and contains an adapter for neuro-navigation oriented to clamps of mobile rods. In addition, the device for rigid fixation of the patient’s head contains supports for surgeon’s hands. The integration neurosurgical system, according to option 2, includes a supporting system for fixing the patient’s head and a device for soft fixation of the patient’s head. The supporting system is made in the form of a single clamp with a single fixing point with a fixing bolt, equipped with a U-shaped bracket, contains a connecting device including a rectangular horizontal rail, cylindrical pins, a rail with holes for fixing cylindrical pins ensuring the fixation of the neurosurgical system to the operating table with the possibility of installing the clamp. The supporting system contains a hinged rack with a vertical rod and a ball joint, on which a fixing unit is placed for fixing the device for soft fixation of the patient’s head, having a groove with a seat and fixing bolts. The device for soft fixation of the patient’s head contains a horseshoe-shaped headrest made of a plate and two side plates, the movement of which relatively to the plate allows one to expand or narrow dimensions of the horseshoe-shaped headrest. In addition, the device for soft fixation of the patient’s head contains round pillows with bolts, mounted on racks, which are modeled depending on the shape and size of the patient’s head by changing the position of side plates. The horseshoe-shaped headrest has a rail for fixing it in the groove. The device for soft fixation of the patient’s head contains supports for surgeon’s hands.

EFFECT: inventions provide for the expansion of the functionality of an integration neurosurgical system, which consists in ensuring the possibility of its use regardless of the size of the patient’s head, including children, and the design of a table, in increasing the accessibility and accuracy of neurosurgical manipulations, in reducing the traumatic nature of an operation and facilitating the work of a neurosurgeon.
