SUBSTANCE: apparatus complex for a head supporter for neurosurgical operations includes a head supporter with rods with circular cross-sections, fixed to the end of the operating table by means of an adapter made with tunnels with circular cross-sections, corresponding to rods with circular cross-sections of the head supporter. The complex includes a load-bearing apparatus, an apparatus for hand support, a tool equipment apparatus, an apparatus with a tool for interacting with a wound. The adapter is made with a tunnel with a square cross-section. The load-bearing apparatus comprises a T-shaped base module with a transverse plate in the form of a rectangular rail and a longitudinal plate in the form of a square bar for placement in the tunnel with a square cross-section of the adapter. The apparatus for support of the hands of the surgeon comprises L-shaped links, a vertical stand, and plates for the hands, and is placed in internal clamps located on the rectangular rail of the T-shaped module. The tool equipment apparatus comprises sockets for tools and a cotton wad stand on one thereof, and is placed in the external clamps located on the rectangular rail of the T-shaped module. The apparatus with a tool for interacting with the wound comprises an apparatus for removing soft tissues, including L-shaped stands, horizontal bars with plates provided with slots for sutures for interacting with soft tissues, and is placed in the clamp located on the operating table.

EFFECT: provides an extended access of the surgeon to the head of the patient, an increase in the functional qualities of the head supporter during use with a set of additional apparatuses ensuring the comfort of work of the surgeon and the improved quality of neurosurgical operations.
