FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, namely to a retractor system used in microneurosurgical operations for dilatation of cerebral operative wounds with brain pens. Retractor system comprises a clamp for fixing the system to the operating table, flexible arms each provided with medial spatulas and miniclamps on the distal ends of the flexible arms for fixing the cerebral putties and a linkage device for movement. Link device is composite and comprises at least three links interconnected perpendicular to each other with reciprocal and rotary movements between themselves and rigid fixation in any required optimum position. First link is L-shaped with larger and smaller bars when larger rod is arranged in clamp using standard clamp at its vertical position, and smaller rod in horizontal position, fixed by fixing bolt. Second link also has L-shape with larger and smaller bars when larger rod is arranged in smaller rod of first link, and smaller rod is in vertical position, fixed by fixing bolt. Third link is made in the form of one rod when arranged in smaller rod of second link on one side and has a connection unit on its other side for installation of the instrumentation equipment containing a tool cup for surgical instruments and a support for quilting jackets placed on it. At the distal end of the third link, a fixation base in the form of a plate for fixation of flexible arms, as well as an instrumental sleeve and a support is installed in an optimal position, fixation base in the form of a plate allows fixing them in the optimal direction by a fixing bolt placed in the hole in the plate center by means of rotation around its axis for arrangement in the optimum direction, wherein placed on distal ends of flexible arms miniclamps are made with ball-and-hinge mechanisms.
EFFECT: using the invention enables providing the possibility of personalization of intraoperative neurosurgical tactics, minimal risk for the patient and maximum comfort for the surgeon.
