FIELD: medicine; neurosurgery. SUBSTANCE: patient's head is locked in stereotaxic apparatus band. Detection of target object in skull cavity is performed by means of ultrasonographic transducer secured on guiding device for displacement over detachable arc of stereotaxic band. Spatial modeling of target object is carried out by shifting the transducer along guiding device of detachable arc transferred from stereotaxic apparatus band to identical band of phantom device up to coordinate of detected target object. EFFECT: reduced complications of stereotaxic guidance.
