FIELD: electronic technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for use in electronic technology, in information display and protection systems. A protective glass is attached to the liquid crystal panel, on both sides of which an optically transparent electrically conductive coating is applied. On one side of the protective glass, conductive busbars are applied: strips of a material with high electrical conductivity, which are electrodes that are connected to a power source and a control and temperature control unit. On the other side of the protective glass, the electrodes are located along the perimeter of the glass and connected to the body of electronic equipment.
EFFECT: increase in the protection of the device from both information leakage and shielding of internal electronic equipment from hard electromagnetic radiation while maintaining the ability to operate in the low temperature range.
