FIELD: measuring.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for determining the parameters of movement of objects, in particular, shifting natural masses of a glacier and a landslide. Substance: set orientation of the space vehicle equipped with radio transceiver equipment is constructed and maintained. The parameters of orbit of the space vehicle are measured and used to determine the times of the passage of the space vehicle over the object. The parameters of movement of the object are determined based on the resulting hardware data. Additionally, the coordinates of the location of the radio apparatus are determined based on the radio signals from the satellites of the satellite navigation system received by the radio transceiver apparatus placed on the object. Based on the determined coordinates, accounting for the values of the parameters of orbit of the space vehicle, the time of presence of the radio apparatus in the field of view of the transmitting antenna of the space vehicle is determined. During said time, the radio apparatus receives the radio signal with the current values of the parameters of orbit, transmitted from the space vehicle. Based on the parameters of orbit and the determined current coordinates of the radio apparatus, the time of presence of the radio apparatus in the field of view of the receiving antenna of the space vehicle is determined. During said time, the radio apparatus transmits a radio signal with the coordinates of location of the radio apparatus, determined for a set amount of times over set time intervals, and the values of times wherefor said coordinates are determined. Said radio signal is received by the space vehicle. The parameters of movement of the object are determined based on the received coordinates of location of the radio apparatus and the times wherefor said coordinates are determined.
EFFECT: increase in the accuracy of determining the parameters of movement of an object.
