FIELD: digital radiography.
SUBSTANCE: method for digital radiography is disclosed, implemented by a computer, while the computer includes at least one processor and at least one storage device. The method includes stages, at which: an instruction is given to a radiation source of an imaging device to emit radiation to a target object to be studied, while the imaging device includes a set of dosage sensors and a set of imaging detectors, and each of the set of dosage sensors corresponds to one of the set of imaging detectors; an instruction is given to each of the set of dosage sensors to detect radiation dosages received by the corresponding imaging detector; radiation dosages detected by the set of dosage sensors are determined, at least one imaging detector is selected from the set of imaging detectors based on radiation dosages; an instruction is given to at least one specified imaging detector to detect radiation to obtain data of a target object image, the target object image is generated based on data of the target object image, obtained by at least one of the set of imaging detectors. Alternative methods for digital radiography (options), and a system for digital X-ray radiography are also disclosed.
