FIELD: ventilation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of religious and ritual ceremonies held in churches and temples. Claimed is a method for collecting and removing smoke, soot, ash from the burning of candles from a group of candlesticks installed in temples, cathedrals and other religious buildings, using dome-shaped umbrellas installed over the candles. Air flows polluted with smoke, soot, ash are removed through the upper open ends of vertical pipes, located in the volume at the centre of the domes and embedded coaxially inside the channels of the load-bearing racks of the candlesticks, moved inside the pipes, and from below, through holes in the floor, enter the common mechanical horizontal main air duct installed under the floor of the rooms, passing a fan, an air filter, then through a common vertical air duct mounted on the outer wall of the temples, cathedrals and other religious buildings, being released into the atmosphere.
EFFECT: increase in the efficiency of purifying the internal air by means of a system for collecting and removing smoke from the candlestick to the outside atmosphere, causing no discomfort for the people present (the congregation).
