SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to an aerosol generating device comprising a body and a mouthpiece. The main body contains a heating chamber to accommodate the aerosol generating substrate. The mouthpiece is movably connected to the main body. The mouthpiece is movable relative to the main part by the first movement between the first position and the second position. The first position is the operating position of the aerosol generating device. In the second position, the heating chamber is at least partially open. The mouthpiece is movable relative to the main part by a second movement between the second position and the third position. The second movement of the mouthpiece from the second position to the third position is adapted to trigger the event.
