FIELD: oil refining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of oil refining. In particular, to the method for processing used oil, including its preliminary heating, separation of mechanical impurities from the used oil by filtration. The method is characterized by the fact that the used oil purified from mechanical impurities is heated to a temperature of 180-210°C, after which water and light hydrocarbons are separated from it by evaporation under atmospheric pressure, the dehydrated and weighted used oil is heated to a temperature of 340-360°C and fed into vacuum evaporator for separation under high vacuum into distillate fraction and vacuum residue, at the same time, the vacuum residue is removed from the bottom of the vacuum evaporator, cooled and used as solid fuel, and the gas-vapor products are subjected to condensation to obtain a distillate as marine low-sulphur fuel.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to simplify the process of processing used oil while obtaining marketable products that meet regulatory requirements.
