FIELD: pipe production.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a group of inventions: polyethylene copolymer, a method for the production of polyethylene copolymer, and a pipe. Polyethylene copolymer contains a repeated link obtained from ethylene and a repeated link obtained from alpha-olefin, having from 3 to 10 carbon atoms. Polyethylene copolymer satisfies the equation 1: Index SCG ≤ (a number of carbon atoms of alpha-olefin)1/2 × 5. Polyethylene copolymer satisfies the equation 2: Comonomer distribution index (CDI) = c/d. The method for the production of polyethylene copolymer includes a stage of polymerization of ethylene monomer and alpha-olefin monomer selected from C3-10 alpha-olefins in the presence of a hybrid catalyst on substrate. The hybrid catalyst includes: a mixture of transitional metals including the first mixture including the first compound of transitional metal selected from chemical formulas 2 and 3, and the second compound of transitional metal selected from chemical formulas 4-7, or the second mixture including the first compound of transitional metal containing the chemical formula 1, and the second compound of transitional metal containing a compound selected from chemical formulas 4, 6 and 7. Mixtures of transitional metals are applied to substrate. The pipe contains polyethylene copolymer.
EFFECT: development of polyethylene copolymer, which has excellent recyclability and durability and, consequently, is useful for the formation of a hollow pipe or similar product.
