SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of medicine, namely to a method for obtaining collagen material from pericardial tissue, including cleaning of the pericardium from accompanying components, treatment with salt solutions, degreasing, washing, drying, packaging and sterilization, characterized in that the pericardium is treated with a saturated NaCl solution, a 8 M solution of urea and a 4 M solution of guanidine hydrochloride, degreased in 2 shifts of ethanol-chloroform mixture in a ratio of 1:2 and in 2 shifts of ethanol-chloroform mixture in a ratio of 2:1, treated with 1.5-3% H2O2 for 20 hours, incubated in 0.4 N NaOH, washed, freeze-dried, placed under a press for 24 hours, cut into fragments, packed and sterilized by radiation exposure, and also refers to a method for obtaining collagen material from pericardial tissue, characterized by the fact that collagen material without additional processing, or coated on one side with several layers of BF-6 glue, incubated in a solution containing NaOH and Na2SO4 for 1.5-4 hours, washed, treated with 0.2 N acetic acid, freeze-dried, fixed in a solution of alcohol-formalin or glutaraldehyde, they are washed, freeze-dried again and pressed.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides an increase in the quality of collagen isolation from the pericardium and the production of multilayer, multifunctional collagen membranes.
