FIELD: measuring.

SUBSTANCE: claimed invention relates to a method for determining the integral antibiotic resistance of microorganisms after impact of space flight conditions, including the calculation of the indicators of antibiotic resistance AR by the formula AR=S×D×P×(M+K), where K is Conjugation, M is Mobilisation, D are Determinants in transconjugants, P is Priority of colonisation, S is Relative concentration, followed by determining the integral value of antibiotic resistance of microorganisms of all isolated cultures by separate summation of the values of antibiotic resistance of each of the cultures before and after the space flight conditions, and the effect of external conditions on the integral antibiotic resistance (IAR) of microorganisms is estimated by comparing the resulting integral values of antibiotic resistance of microorganisms before and after the impact of space flight conditions, and if said integral indicator is reduced or increased after the impact of space flight conditions, a conclusion is made that the integral antibiotic resistance of microorganisms has reduced or increased, respectively.

EFFECT: ensured determination of the integral antibiotic resistance of microorganisms.
