METHOD OF VIBRODIAGNOSTICS OF NASCENT DEFECTS OF MECHANISMS Russian patent published in 2019 - IPC G01M13/04

Abstract RU 2680640 C1

FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metrology, in particular to the vibration diagnostics of mechanisms. Method for vibrodiagnostics of nascent defects of mechanisms is based on the measurement of vibration accelerations, bandpass filtering, detection and determination of the energy spectrum thereof. Energy spectra of the envelopes of vibration accelerations are averaged, significant local maxima are identified in them, and their locations on the frequency axis and the amplitude values of these maxima at the training stage for the operable state of the mechanism are memorized. In the event of defects, different standards of locations are built on the axis of frequencies and amplitude values of significant maxima in the form of multidimensional probability densities. At the stage of vibration diagnostics, the locations on the axis of frequencies and amplitude values of significant maxima selected in the averaged energy spectrum are compared with the standards of the intact state of the mechanism and the states of the mechanism when various incipient defects occur with the help of optimal Bayes criterion.

EFFECT: technical result is an increase in the reliability of vibration diagnostics of emerging defects of mechanisms.
