FIELD: oil industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil industry and is intended to provide optimal parameters of well sucker-rod pump. Method of optimising parameters of sucker rod pump drive, consisting of a rocker, rocker head, racks, connecting rod, crank, gear, drive motor, brakes and balances, comprises increasing stroke length of polished rod is effected by changing radius of crank by reversing rod in holes of crank. Before moving rod method includes fitting polished rod 10 cm up, removing dynamometer and treating inner surface of cylinder with a plunger. In case of normal operation of pump, method includes further phased investigation of entire interval necessary to increase stroke length of polished rod polished rod or return to original position in case of shimming plunger in cylinder.
EFFECT: providing optimum parameters of operation and preventing failure of apparatus with increased stroke length of rod.
