SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, medical equipment and rehabilitation using computer technology, innovative electronic developments of distance learning and treatment systems, cloud systems, and is based on the use of a mobile application for conducting rehabilitation video sessions with patients who have undergone shoulder joint arthroplasty. A suitable application for a smartphone is used, after registration in which the patient independently performs sets of exercises from the application aimed at expanding the functionality of the operated shoulder joint, choosing a separate complex in accordance with the period after the operation or sequentially performing all the complexes, taking into account the postoperative period: from 0 to 3 weeks after shoulder surgery, 4 to 6 weeks after surgery, 7 to 8 weeks and 9 to 11 weeks after shoulder surgery. The sequence of exercises of each complex is performed according to the invention with a certain number of approaches and repetitions for each complex, with gradual complication and weighting.

EFFECT: method provides expanding the possibilities of physical rehabilitation, comprehensive improvement of the function of the shoulder joint after surgery for shoulder joint arthroplasty, improvement of the quality of life of patients with the possibility of dynamic monitoring.
