SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture and can be used for treatment of liquid effluents of livestock farms and preparation of organic fertilizers. Device for decontamination of livestock wastes, characterized by the fact that it comprises a pump, a storage tank communicated by means of a supplying flexible pipeline with a dosing gate and with the inlet end part of the process pipeline with high-voltage discharge electrodes installed on the upper surface part of the process pipeline, a low-voltage electrotechnical unit for dehelmintization of drains with current, interfaced with the end part of the process pipeline, dielectric pipeline with electrodes placed on it for supplying current to the mixture, a unit for supplying water to a storage tank and an additional unit for supplying water to the area of the discharge gap of each of the discharge electrodes, which are coaxial, wherein the outer part of the coaxial of each of the discharge electrodes is docked with the process pipeline, and in the end outer part of the coaxial there are radial channels for supplying water to the area of the discharge gap, dielectric and process pipelines are pivotally fixed on a support frame with pneumatic supports for the possibility of varying the angle of inclination of the pipelines relative to the horizontal, compressor for pressure control in pneumatic supports, at that, outlet end part of process pipeline is connected to separator through elastic branch pipe.

EFFECT: efficient accelerated processing of wastes of livestock and poultry farms for preparation of ecologically clean organic fertilizers.
