FIELD: construction materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction materials and can be used in the production of reinforced ceramic products based on clay raw materials. The composition of the charge for the manufacture of reinforced ceramic products contains the following components, wt. %: plastic component: clay 55-75, complex additive: cupola slag 17-25, diatomite 6.5-16.5, tripoli 1.5-3.5, fiberglass glass fiber is used, length L= 3-8 mm, thickness d= 0.1-0.8 mm, with a softening temperature of glass fibers that does not differ by more than 30°C from the softening temperature of the plastic component, clay, with a glass fiber content in the ceramic charge of 5-20%, over 100%.
EFFECT: obtaining crack-resistant reinforced ceramic products of increased strength, reducing the drying time of products.
