SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio physics, namely to diffraction quasi-optics. A zone plate with subwavelength focusing consists of coaxial alternating zones made of a dielectric with a refractive index N, with a phase correction sample selected from a series 
EFFECT: increase in the resolution of the zone plate, providing subwavelength focusing of the radiation of the zone plate.
