FIELD: cleaning devices.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of cleaning the surface of cylindrical products in different industries; it can be used to clean the outer surface from rust, scale, fine dust. A device for outer cleaning of a pipe contains detachable annular carriage 1 and centering unit 2. Annular carriage 1 is made in the form of a disk equipped with inclined radially arranged channels, in which cleaning elements 5 are fixed, made in the form of wire rope segments. On the outer side of the disk, an annular clamping element with grooves located along a perimeter for the passage of cleaning elements 5 is fixed with the possibility of being adjusted with screws. A drive of annular carriage 1 is made in the form of electric engine 9 and sequentially connected V-belt gears 10 and 11. Annular carriage 1 is rigidly connected to pulley 12 of V-belt gear 11. Pulley 12 is mounted on swinging frame 13, which serves to center axes of annular carriage 1 and pipe 17. On the other hand, on swinging frame 13, coaxially with annular carriage 1, centering unit 2 is fixed on bracket 18, made in the form of ring 19 containing rotary levers 20 with support rollers 21 resting on pipe 17, as well as a tension adjustment spring 22. After annular carriage 1, solenoid 25 is installed on the swinging frame. In this case, the device is mounted on vertical racks 26.

EFFECT: invention provides for the creation of a simple small-sized device for cleaning pipes of small and medium diameters, increase in the reliability of its operation by adjusting the force of compression of cleaning elements to the surface of a pipe, as well as increase in the cleaning performance.
