FIELD: experimental medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to experimental medicine, namely to the development of methods for accelerating the process of post-radiation recovery of the spleen, and can be used to restore the body after radiation exposure in oncological diseases. The method includes intravenous administration of mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) and hematopoietic stem cells (HSCs) with an injection interval of 24 hours. Mesenchymal stem cells are administered at a dose of 1∙106 cells/mouse during the first hour after irradiation, and hematopoietic stem cells - 0.3∙106 myelokaryocytes/mouse. Additionally, Derinat is administered intramuscularly three times at a dose of 0.13 mg/g of live weight 10-15 minutes after irradiation, on days 3 and 7.
EFFECT: invention improves the results of post-radiation recovery of the spleen of laboratory animals, strengthens the immune status of irradiated animals.
