FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to reconstructive surgery. The method includes forming a tongue-shaped inguinal flap in the projection of an artery located at the same distance from the edges of the incisions and parallel to them. The medial contour of the incision is extended in the form of a semi-oval to the midline, and then parallel to the contour itself to form an additional tongue-shaped counter-skin-fat flap with a width-to-length ratio of 1:2. The bases of the inguinal and opposite flaps are displaced towards each other and sutured together. The lateral edges of the opposite flap are sutured to the edges of the inguinal flap at its base and form a pedicled pedicle. After 4 weeks, at the base of the flaps, a fringing incision of the skin and subcutaneous tissue is performed on 2/3 of the perimeter of the feeding pedicle and the axial vessels are crossed, the bases of the flaps are sutured to their own bed. After 14 days, the feeding leg is completely cut off, the donor and recipient wounds are sutured. After 1.5 months, the proximal part of the transplanted non-free axial inguinal flap and the opposite skin-fat flap are mobilized. Plastic defect of tissues is performed.

EFFECT: method provides prevention of ischemic complications, increase in the area of ​​transferred plastic material and minimization of a donor defect in case of hand plasty with a non-free axial skin-fatty inguinal flap.
