SUBSTANCE: tillage roller comprises a hollow cylinder (2) equipped with an axis (1), with ribs (3) arranged evenly along the circumference installed along a helical line, connecting vertical disks (4). Installed inside the hollow cylinder (2) is a smooth cylinder (5) with a diameter less than the radius of the hollow cylinder (2). The smooth cylinder (5) is equipped with an axis installed in bearings on pins (7) on the axis (1) of the hollow cylinder (2). The axis (1) of the hollow cylinder (2) is installed in bearing supports (8), configured to rotate separately from the vertical disks (4). Pulleys (9) are fixed on the axis (1) of the hollow cylinder (2). Annular grooves connected by belts (11) with the pulleys (9) are made on the surface of the smooth cylinder (5). Eccentric weights (12) are installed on the axis (1) of the hollow cylinder (2), equidistanced and configured to change the angular position, made in the form of rods (13) whereon blanks (14) are installed, configured for the position thereof to be fixed relative to the axis of the rods (13).
