SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a compound for use in a multi-hole completion system, to a multi-hole completion system and to a method for applying a compound in a multi-hole completion system. The compound for use in a multi-hole completion system contains a metal sealant applied to a side component, where the metal sealant consists of a material selected from a group consisting of metal, metal alloy, metal oxide and any combination thereof. The metal sealant is designed to expand in response to hydrolysis, forming a reaction product of metal oxide, metal hydroxide or any combination thereof. The side component and the reaction product are made with the possibility of forming a seal or the formation of an anchorage with an oilfield tubular element of a multi-hole completion system in response to hydrolysis.
EFFECT: increase in the efficiency of insulation and fastening.
